Compensation & benefits

• Competitive annual salary range of $280,000-$325,000, commensurate with experience and shift structure.

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Massachusetts medical license.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment.
