Pediatrician - $25K Sign-On + Up to $80K NHSC Loan Repayment in Sierra Vista, AZ

Join a well-established, collaborative healthcare team in Sierra Vista, Arizona, delivering comprehensive outpatient care to children from birth through adolescence. Compensation & benefits:

• Base salary range: $240,000-$311,000
• Quarterly productivity bonuses that typically add 10-20% of base pay (total cash compensation potential $320K-$370K+)

What you’ll do:

• Provide routine well-child exams, immunizations, and developmental screenings
• Diagnose and treat acute pediatric illnesses, infections, and injuries
• Manage chronic pediatric conditions and coordinate referrals and specialty care
• Educate patients and families on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain one
• Current DEA registration
• BLS and PALS certifications
