Primary Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care including well-child exams, acute visits, chronic disease management, immunizations, and diagnostic testing
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment and follow-up plans
• Counsel patients and families on wellness, development, preventive care, and anticipatory guidance
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in the electronic health record system
• Stay current with pediatric best practices and participate in professional development

Minimum Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Pediatric Residency Program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Valid Arizona medical license and DEA registration
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Certification in CPR and AED use per American Heart Association/Red Cross standards
• Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona DPS)
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Proficiency with electronic medical records
• Strong clinical skills and effective interpersonal communication with patients, families, and staff

Preferred

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency a plus
