Family/Internal Medicine Physician - Sierra Vista, AZ (Up to $310K + $25K Sign-On)

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive adult primary care in an outpatient community health setting
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions, preventive care, and care coordination
• Document care accurately in the EHR and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and community resources

Compensation & benefits

• Salary up to $310,000 plus quarterly productivity bonus

Required qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills, communication, and interpersonal abilities
