**Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon**
**Location: Vestal, NY**
• Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join a well-established and growing orthopedic practice
• Focus on high-volume operative trauma care within a Level II Trauma Center
• Manage complex fractures, periarticular reconstruction, and acute and post-traumatic surgical conditions
• Strong regional referral base supported by a large, well-integrated primary care network
• Consistent patient volume and timely access to care
• Opportunity to help expand and enhance comprehensive orthopedic services in response to the needs of an aging and active community
Practice & Team:
• Highly collaborative and subspecialized orthopedic team
• Team includes:
o 2 Total Joint Surgeons
o 2 Sports Medicine Surgeons
o 2 Trauma Surgeons
o 1 Hand Surgeon
o 3 Non-Operative Sports Medicine Physicians
• Strong team-based model of care
• Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) are integrated into the practice to optimize patient access, improve efficiency, and provide comprehensive clinical support
• Outstanding clinical and administrative support staff
• Excellent Physical Therapy support available at five locations throughout the region
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive starting salary: $685,000 – $965,000 annually
• Highly competitive sign-on bonus
