We are seeking a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C to deliver high-quality behavioral health care to older adults without the administrative responsibility of private practice. This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
- Full-time (5 days per week) within Monday – Friday
- No nights or weekends
- Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
- Coverage area includes: Vincennes, Washington, Petersburg, Jasper, and Princeton, Indiana
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
- Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Estimated compensation range of $143,542 – $170,250 annually with no cap on productivity income

**Qualifications:**
