Full-Time | Hybrid | Adults, Children, and Adolescents | FQHC Look-Alike Setting
An accessible, integrated healthcare organization in Bloomington, Indiana is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric services in a hybrid care model.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner opportunity
- Hybrid role with remote and other work locations
- FQHC Look-Alike setting focused on accessible, integrated healthcare
- Provide psychiatric services for adults, children, and adolescents
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Provide medication management
- Collaborate with treatment team members on diagnosis, case formulation, and treatment planning
- Maintain effective collaboration with Psychiatrists
- Follow best-practice prescribing protocols
- Work closely with clinical support and nursing teams to support patients during and between appointments
- Strong fit for a provider comfortable with both in-person and virtual communication
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: **$99,000 - $148,525**

Candidate Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing required
- Clinical Nurse Specialist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- Licensed or eligible for licensure
- Must have or be able to quickly obtain prescriptive authority
- 1-3 years of psychiatric nursing or mental health care experience preferred
- Strong written, verbal, in-person, and virtual communication skills
- Comfortable providing psychiatric care across adult, child, and adolescent populations
