Full-Time | 100% Outpatient Adult Medicine | Weekdays | No Call
A centrally located primary care practice in Plainville, Connecticut is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its outpatient adult medicine team.

Candidate Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant training
- Connecticut APRN or PA license, or eligibility
- New graduates with strong internal medicine or primary care backgrounds welcome to apply
- 2+ years of primary care or relevant outpatient experience preferred
- Spanish language skills or interest in serving a Spanish-speaking population preferred
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, documentation, and patient-care skills
