• Established and busy OBGYN practice in Mason City, Iowa, offering immediate patient volume.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available with flexible scheduling and excellent work-life balance.
Join a collaborative team consisting of:
o 1 OBGYN
o 4 OB Hospitalists
o 2 Midwives
o 4 Advanced Practice Providers
• Approximately 500–600 births annually.
• Newly remodeled clinic located on the main campus with convenient access to Labor & Delivery, laboratory, pharmacy, and radiology services.
• Access to Perinatology consultation for high-risk obstetric care.
• Two Da Vinci XI robotic systems with designated OR block time.
• Level II NICU staffed 24/7 by Pediatric Hospitalists and NICU nurses, with access to an onsite blood bank.
• Teaching opportunities with Family Medicine residents in Labor & Delivery 24/7 and medical students.
• Ultrasound available within the clinic, with laboratory, pharmacy, and imaging services conveniently located within the building.
• In-house specialists available for consultation and collaboration, including Cardiology, Orthopedics, Reconstructive Surgery, Anesthesiology, and more.
• Collaborative relationship with regional Perinatology services to support high-risk obstetric management and seamless specialty consultation.

Candidate Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Board Eligible physicians must obtain board certification within 3 years of becoming eligible.
• H-1B and J-1 Visa Waiver candidates encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
• 2-year income guarantee of $400,000+ annually, plus productivity incentives.
• $250,000 total bonus package.
• $120,000 sign-on bonus.
• Relocation assistance up to $15,000.
• 34 days PTO while on base salary; 40 days PTO when on production.
• $6,000 annual CME allowance.
• Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
