A rural primary care clinic in Oroville, Washington is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide Family Medicine care in an autonomous practice setting with collaborative support.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive yearly salary range: **$138,000 - $160,000**, based on experience

Candidate Requirements:

- Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Washington license or eligibility
- Family Medicine, Primary Care, Rural Health, or related outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with patients and families
- Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
- Comfortable practicing with autonomy in a rural medicine setting
- Interest in community-based care and rural primary care medicine
