Located in Mount Pleasant, TX
**Position Highlights:**
- Full-time, W-2 Urology opportunity
- Join a well-established Urology practice with dedicated PA support
- Turnkey opportunity with an existing patient panel and strong referral base
- Immediate patient volume in a fully supported hospital environment
- Excellent OR block time
- State-of-the-art technology including da Vinci Xi robotic system, HoLEP, UroLift, and advanced laser lithotripsy
- Epic EMR utilized in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- AI-integrated services designed to streamline documentation and support work-life balance
- Physician-led organization with a dyad leadership model
**Compensation & Benefits:**
