Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, or Weekend Options | Urgent Care | Adults & Pediatrics
A modern urgent care center in Avon, Connecticut is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide walk-in urgent care for adult and pediatric patients.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Urgent Care APP role
- Treat both adult and pediatric patients
- Flexible schedule options available, including full-time, part-time, per diem, and weekend schedules
- State-of-the-art urgent care centers with imaging, labs, and Epic EMR
- On-site support from Rad Techs and Medical Assistants
- Support staff assist with vitals, medication review, splints, medications, and vaccines
- Opportunity for autonomy with mentoring and support when needed
- Option to rotate to other urgent care locations
- Multiple Connecticut locations available across the North, West, and East regions

Candidate Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- 1+ year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine required
- Experience treating both pediatric and adult patients required
- Comfortable with minor procedures, including sutures, casts, and splints
- Comfortable reading EKGs and X-rays
- Dynamic, flexible, and patient-centered clinician
