Practice Overview:

- Full-time Critical Care APP opportunity in Manchester, Connecticut
- Open to Physician Assistants and Acute Care Nurse Practitioners
- Inpatient critical care setting
- Night shift schedule
- Join a strong, collaborative team of Critical Care Intensivists
- Provide holistic, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the critical care unit
- Responsibilities include diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions
- Perform procedures, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and collaborate with consultants
- Communicate with patients and families regarding clinical conditions and care plans
- 249-bed acute care community hospital setting
- Hospital provides comprehensive medical and surgical services, emergency medicine, cardiovascular care, cancer services, orthopedic surgery, and critical care
- EMR: Epic
- Premium shift differentials available

Compensation & Recruitment Package:

- Market-leading compensation
- Up to **$30,000** in shift differentials on top of base pay

Job Qualifications:

- Certified or board-eligible Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
- Connecticut license or eligibility
- 1+ years of advanced practice provider experience in a critical care setting required
- Strong critical care knowledge, procedural skills, and clinical judgment
- Ability to collaborate closely with intensivists, consultants, nursing, and multidisciplinary care teams
