Practice Overview:
- Full-time employed Dentist opportunity in a community health setting

- Established dental program with a strong focus on direct patient care

- Provide comprehensive dental care, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care
- Collaborate with dental support staff and clinical leadership
- Support patient referrals, care coordination, and dental program development
- Participate in rotational phone triage approximately every 3-5 months
- Attend departmental meetings, trainings, and workshops as required
- Complete timely SOAP documentation and maintain accurate patient records
Compensation & Recruitment Package:
- Salary range: **$155,000 - $175,000**
Job Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD required
- California license or eligibility preferred
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care
- Professionalism, teamwork, and reliability required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
