Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Community Health | New Graduates Welcome
A stable community health organization in Madera and Chowchilla, California is seeking a Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care in a team-based clinical environment.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Full-time employed DDS/DMD opportunity
- Locations in Madera and Chowchilla, California
- Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
- No routine call
- Average 20-22 patients per day
- New graduates welcome to apply

- Provide comprehensive dental care, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care
- Collaborate with dental support staff in a team-based clinical environment
- Support patient referrals, care coordination, and continued dental program development
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: **$155,000 - $175,000** plus bonus incentives
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance negotiable
- NHSC loan repayment available
- 403(b) with 5% employer match
- 3 weeks vacation upon start
- 10 PTO days
- 9 holidays
- 10 sick days
- 5 CME days plus **$2,100** allowance
- Malpractice coverage
- License, DEA, and association fees covered

Candidate Requirements:
- DDS or DMD required
- New graduates and experienced Dentists welcome
- California license or eligibility preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills
- Interest in community health dentistry and team-based care
- Commitment to comprehensive dental care, treatment planning, and patient follow-up
