**About the Position**
A Family Nurse Practitioner is sought to join a regional community health center serving eastern Connecticut. This opportunity offers comprehensive outpatient primary care within a collaborative, mission-driven organization focused on accessible, patient-centered care.

-Full-time position, 40 hours per week
-Provide primary care services for adult, pediatric, and gynecologic patients
-Perform comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments
-Manage acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting
-Provide preventive care, patient education, and continuity of care
-Perform office-based procedures including injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound care
-Counsel patients regarding treatment plans, wellness, family planning, and health maintenance

-Regional community health center serving a 37-town rural region in eastern Connecticut
-Integrated care model including medical, dental, and behavioral health services
-Multiple clinic sites, mobile programs, and school-based health centers

**Practice Highlights**
-Primarily daytime schedule
-Monday–Friday 8-hour shifts
-One Saturday per month (4-hour shift with stipend)

-Base salary starting at $116K+ depending on experience
