- Full-time, employed
- Part-time positions available
Compensation
- $310K"$315K
Schedule and Call
- Clinic Monday"Friday, 8a"5p
- Weekday call for your own nursing home patients
- Geriatric service call 1 in 12, weekdays and weekends
The Role
- Join an established practice of 5 geriatricians, 9 APPs, and full-time nursing staff
- Split between nursing home coverage and ambulatory clinic
- Sub-acute, rehab, and short-stay care
- No hospital practice required
- 50 hospitalists, including a dedicated geriatric hospitalist, handle admissions
- No assisted living, home visit, hospice, or palliative care requirements
- Medical directorship opportunity at a third local nursing home
- Academic and research opportunities through an affiliated medical school

- About equal distance to Chicago, St. Louis, and Indianapolis
Requirements
- BE/BC geriatrician
- Fellowship training in geriatric medicine required
