**Neonatology Opportunity**
**Location: Abilene, Texas**
• Seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to practice at the largest regional medical center within a 150-mile radius.
• Practicing and experienced physicians, as well as residents, will be considered.
• Must be licensed in Texas or eligible for Texas licensure.
• Generous income guarantee or employed model available.
• Relocation assistance, marketing support, sign-on bonus, and stipend may be offered.
• Employment with a dedicated neonatology practice.
• Clinical schedule of approximately 16 days per month.
• Coverage of 50% of national holidays, coordinated with the second physician.
• Expected physical presence in the NICU for approximately 6–8 hours per day.
o Weekdays are generally approximately 8–9 AM to 2–3 PM.
o Weekend hours are flexible.
o Remaining availability is provided from home.
