General Orthopedic Surgeon opening in Stayton, OR
Full-Time | Total Joint Reconstruction | 1:3 Call
A growing orthopedic program in Stayton, Oregon is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon with broad orthopedic expertise to join an established multidisciplinary team.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Full-time General Orthopedic Surgery opportunity
- Broad-based orthopedic surgical practice
- Treat acute orthopedic injuries and sports medicine conditions
- Perform adult total joint reconstruction
- Hip, knee, and shoulder replacement experience required
- Join an experienced team specializing in orthopedics, sports medicine, and podiatry
- Support from 3 advanced practice clinicians
- More than 20 orthopedic support staff
- Call schedule: 1:3
- State-of-the-art orthopedic facility
- On-site digital X-ray
- Advanced diagnostic imaging available
- Modern operating rooms equipped for complex joint reconstruction
- Minimally invasive surgical capabilities
- Dedicated PA, NP, and orthopedic clinical support
- EPIC EMR
- Strong physician autonomy within a collaborative clinical environment
Compensation and Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary starting at **$500,000**
- Uncapped wRVU-based production bonus
- Signing bonus available
- Relocation assistance
- **$3,000 annual CME allowance**
- 34 days / 272 hours of authorized time off annually
- Licensure fees covered
- Professional dues covered
- Board certification fees covered separately from CME
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Malpractice coverage
- Retirement benefits
Candidate Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Broad General Orthopedic Surgery expertise
- Proficiency managing acute orthopedic injuries
- Sports Medicine experience
- Experience performing adult total joint reconstruction
- Hip, knee, and shoulder arthroplasty experience
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered orthopedic care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
