Job Description
Your CompHealth recruiter will be your advocate assisting you with contract negotiation, including pay, benefits, and incentives with insights into facilities and national market trends.
- Predictable 7 on - 7 off block schedule with mostly day shifts
- Minimal night shifts; swing shifts rotated monthly as a team effort
- Established team of 14 physicians and 8 advanced practice providers
- Average of 17 daily encounters with 1 - 2 admissions; no-call environment
- Open ICU with 24/7 in-house intensivist support; lower-acuity ICU patients
- Procedures optional, not required; hospitalists run codes and rapids on their patients
- Excellent salary from $325k plus bonus incentives and a full benefits package
- One of the largest cities in Iowa; driving distance from Chicago, Milwaukee, and Minneapolis
