• Mon - Thurs 8 am - 4:30 pm; Fri 8 am - 12 pm with admin time
• ~25 patients per day
• Outpatient neurology clinic -- small town feel with growing population
• Consults and established patients
• Botox for migraines if credentialed; EMR and EEG reads required
• Facility is 6 years new with great views -- four seasons setting
• Ongoing coverage potential beyond initial assignment
