Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - Family/General NP (Indianapolis, IN)

Join a patient-centered primary care team in Indianapolis, Indiana, delivering comprehensive family medicine to adults and children while building long-term therapeutic relationships. Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-16 patients per day.
• Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visit treatment.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support continuity of care and patient education.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Indiana.
