Job Description
We are seeking a Gastroenterologist for locum tenens coverage in Wisconsin. This opportunity includes outpatient GI procedures, inpatient GI coverage, and 24/7 GI call.
Overview
- GI scoping begins around 8:00 AM and runs until approximately 3:30–4:00 PM
- Approximately 15–18 scopes per day
- Provide outpatient GI procedures on scheduled days
- Provide GI inpatient coverage while onsite
- 24/7 GI call coverage on the listed dates
- Average inpatient GI census: approximately 2–3 patients
- Adult & Geriatric patient population
- Call includes inpatient and ED GI coverage
- EMR: Epic
Requirements
- Board Certified
- ACLS
- Active state licensure
