• New OB-GYN hospitalist program -- help shape workflows, culture, and clinical excellence from day one
• 24-hour in-house hospitalist shifts; minimum 6 shifts per month for full benefits
• Seeking 4 OB-GYN hospitalists and 1 medical director to build this service line
• Medical director role includes scheduling oversight, hospital reporting, and 6+ hospitalist shifts
• Competitive hourly compensation with medical director stipend available
• Collaborative care alongside community OB-GYNs, nursing teams, and maternal-fetal medicine support
• Board-certified in OB-GYN required; 5+ years of experience preferred
