Part-Time Medical Director / Attending Physician - Flexible Schedule, No Call, High Pay & Retention Bonus

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide high-quality care across skilled nursing facilities in Gallatin County, IL. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, collaborative teamwork with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, and the opportunity to lead clinical care for post-acute and long-term care patients. You will provide patient-centered care, clinical oversight, and support quality initiatives within assigned facilities.

Key details

• Part-time coverage: typically 1-2 days per facility per week
• Flexible hours with no fixed start/end times, no call, and no overnight shifts
• Average patient volume: 18-25 visits per day

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
• Strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and communication skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
