**Radiation Oncology Opening in ME**
Located in Presque Isle, ME
Per diem, hospital-employed
**Position Highlights:**
- Per diem, hospital-employed Radiation Oncology opportunity
- Flexible 1- to 2-week assignments
- Approximately 6-12 weeks of coverage needed annually
- Support an established single-physician Radiation Oncology practice
- Collaborate with Medical Oncologists, Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, Physicists, Medical Dosimetrists, and ancillary staff
- TrueBeam linear accelerator installed in 2025
- Vision RT utilized for motion management and RayStation for treatment planning
- Treatments include IMRT, SBRT, SRS, IGRT, and Xofigo
- Approximately 18-20 patients on treatment
- Approximately 5 simulations per week
- Hybrid physics support and remote dosimetry support
- Oncology nurse navigation services
- 24/7 Hospitalist support
**Compensation & Benefits:**
- $304.09 hourly rate
- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
- Paid time off
- Travel and lodging assistance
**Qualifications:**
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
- Visa sponsorship is not available
