Family Medicine Physician - Community Health Clinic, Buckeye AZ

Location: Buckeye, AZ - Full-time, outpatient community health setting.

Position summary:
Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population, managing acute and chronic conditions and coordinating care with the clinical team.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform history and physical exams, diagnostic assessments, and develop/implement treatment plans.
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions across the lifespan.
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical records and complete required documentation.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical protocols, and population health initiatives as required.

Minimum requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Family Medicine residency.
• Board certified in Family Medicine.
• Valid Arizona medical license and DEA registration.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum three years’ community health experience.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in business English (spelling, punctuation).

Preferred:

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience working with diverse cultural and socio-economic populations.
