OB/GYN Physician - Full-Time in Surprise, AZ | Day-One Benefits, CME & 3 Weeks PTO

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to women across the lifespan as part of a multidisciplinary team in Surprise, Arizona. This full-time position includes preventive care, prenatal and postnatal management, diagnosis and treatment of reproductive health conditions, and management of pregnancy and childbirth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient and inpatient OB/GYN care, including routine gynecology, prenatal visits, labor and delivery, and postpartum care.
• Perform gynecologic and obstetric procedures and surgeries as indicated.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; coordinate care with specialists and support staff.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and preventive care; obtain informed consent.
• Document clinical encounters accurately and timely; maintain compliance with regulatory and institutional policies.
• Participate in quality improvement, peer review, and team meetings as required.

Required qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Unrestricted Arizona medical license.
• Active DEA registration.
