Job Summary:
ICC Healthcare (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking an Intensivist Medical Director to lead the ICU team at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Qualified Candidates:
- Board certification in critical care (all tracks will be considered)
- TN Licensure or ability to obtain
- Ability to work Full Time, block scheduling, 12-hour shifts, some nights required
- Medical Director will hold clinical and administrative responsibilities with dedicated Administrative Time
- Leadership experience required for Medical Director position
- Broad Knowledge and solid experience with all critical care patient populations including cardiac, cardiothoracic surgery, medical, and neuro
- Manage 77-bed ICU program
- 3 Intensivists and 3 APPs during the day, 1 Intensivist and 2 APPs at night
- Supervise and support all team intensivists and advanced practice providers
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in multidisciplinary hospital initiatives
- Develop collaborative relationships with primary and consulting physicians, facility leadership, and clinical staff
- Possess excellent communication skills with collegial teamwork focus
- Participate in teaching responsibilities with ACGME-Accredited Residency programs

Practice Cutting-Edge, Multidisciplinary Critical Care: Join a diverse team of CCM, Pulmonology/CCM, and Surgical/CCM physicians in our 77-bed ICU complex. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of cases across our specialized units, including the Cardiovascular Surgical ICU, Medical Surgical ICU, Cardiac Care Unit, and Neurocritical Care Unit.
