• 4 x 10 hr. shifts per trip -- 7 am - 5 pm, or 3 x 13 hr. nights
• 2 trips per month -- 6 to 8 shifts total
• 10 - 15 babies per shift -- rounding on one team
• Level III NICU setting
• Procedures required -- intubations, chest tubes, UAC, UVC
• NNP presents to attending -- responsible for admission and discharge notes
• NRP certification required
