Job Description
- 24-hour shifts -- out-of-house call model
- Up to 3 patients per shift; 2 - 6 patients seen per 24 hours
- Level II NICU -- daily rounding on all babies delivered
- Backup call coverage for APPs -- beeper call, 15 - 30 min response
- Ventilation management -- invasive (ETT) and non-invasive (BiPAP/CPAP)
- Procedures: chest tube, central line, arterial line, exchange transfusion
- Additional skills: nitric oxide, hemodialysis catheter, lumbar puncture
- Staffing expansion -- 3 full-time providers needed for new NICU
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
