Emergency Medicine Physician - Moses Lake, WA (Level III Trauma Center, Brand-New Hospital)

• Join 8 residency-trained, Board-Certified EM physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers.

Emergency Department

• Level III trauma center
• ~26,500 ED visits/year
• 9-bed ED plus 2-bed triage/fast care area

Shifts

• 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
• 10:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.
• 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.
• Flexible scheduling; team accommodates requested days off and coverage needs

Compensation & Benefits

• Minimum base annual 1099 compensation: $396,000
• $50,000 commencement bonus for full-time commitment (120+ hours/month)

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Emergency Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABEM or AOBEM)
• Current Washington medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to compassionate, team-based care
