Locums-to-Perm Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient Primary Care (Amherst/Northampton, MA)

Join an established, interdisciplinary primary care practice in Western Massachusetts for a locums-to-perm opportunity serving Amherst and Northampton. We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine (or Med/Peds) physician to deliver comprehensive outpatient care in a collaborative, patient-centered setting. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $150 per hour

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care at Amherst and Northampton locations
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Deliver preventive care and support long-term wellness
• Collaborate closely with physicians, behavioral health clinicians, nutritionists, and complementary health providers
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation

Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Med/Peds
• Active or eligible for DEA registration
• Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to function effectively within an interdisciplinary team
