Locums-to-Perm Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient, Collaborative Team, No Call, $150/hr

Join an established, innovative interdisciplinary practice in Western Massachusetts for a locums-to-perm Family Medicine opportunity. You’ll provide comprehensive outpatient primary care across Amherst and Northampton in a collaborative, patient-centered setting with strong clinical and administrative support. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $150 per hour

What you’ll do

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care at Amherst and Northampton locations.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Provide preventive care and support patients’ long-term health and wellness.
• Work closely with physicians, behavioral health clinicians, nutritionists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Keep clear, timely patient documentation.

What we’re looking for

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Med/Peds.
• Active or eligible for DEA registration.
• New graduates welcome.
