• Flexible, negotiable schedule with blocked surgical days based on provider preference
• Home call structure with 1 - 2 weeknight calls per week and 1 weekend call per month
• CNMs and PAs provide first-call support across all OB-GYN and MFM clinics
• Da Vinci robotics available; robotic experience is a plus for higher bonus potential
• Productivity and discretionary bonus structure with competitive compensation
• Option to pick up GYN hospitalist call for additional earnings while on OB call
