Job Description
We are seeking a Neonatal Physician for a locum tenens opportunity in Indiana. The ideal candidate will be experienced in neonatal care and comfortable providing inpatient coverage in a Level III trauma facility. This position offers the opportunity to care for newborn patients in a metropolitan hospital setting with dedicated clinical support.
Overview
- Newborn patient population
- Average inpatient census of 7
- Level III trauma facility
- EPIC EMR
- In-house call coverage required
- Call responsibilities include responding to phone calls and returning to the facility as needed
- Onsite support from RNs, MAs, and APPs
Requirements
- MD or DO with Neonatal Medicine experience
- Board Certified
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- Active Indiana medical license
