Job Summary:

HCA Florida Capital Hospital is looking for a skilled physician to join a thriving Family Medicine practice in Crawfordville, Florida.

Qualified Candidates:

• Assume responsibility of established patient panel at initial start of practice
• Work in collaboration with designated APP
• Office operates during traditional business hours; Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
• Previous experience is preferred, but not required
• Candidate must be board certified or board eligible
