Part-Time Medical Director / Attending Physician - Hospitalist (Florence, WI)

This part-time Medical Director/Attending Physician role offers flexible scheduling, clinical leadership responsibilities, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver patient-centered post-acute and long-term care.

Key details

• Part-time coverage of local skilled nursing facilities (typically 1-2 days per facility per week)
• No fixed start/end times, no call, and no overnight shifts
• Average 18-25 visits per day
• Work alongside NPs/PAs with clinical oversight responsibilities
• Company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation
• New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligible for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
