Part-Time Medical Director / Hospitalist (Attending Physician) - Kenosha, WI

Provide medical direction and attendingship for residents of skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Kenosha, WI. This part-time role partners with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver clinical oversight, direct patient care, and quality-focused leadership across assigned sites.

Schedule and Clinical Duties

• Part-time coverage; physicians typically serve each facility 1-2 days per week
• No fixed start/end times, no overnight shifts, no on-call responsibilities
• Average 18-25 patient visits per day
• Work closely with APPs for admission, follow-up, and transitional care

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active unrestricted U.S. license or eligibility for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
• Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
