Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills, bedside manner, communication, and interpersonal skills
