Adult Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care (West LA) | Competitive Pay, Benefits & CME Support

We are seeking an Adult Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care in ambulatory and community-based settings in West Los Angeles, CA. The NP will deliver patient-centered care focused on prevention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in clinic and community settings
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive care, health screenings, routine assessments, and care planning
• Prescribe and manage medications; monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust as needed
• Provide patient education and support behavior change for disease prevention and self-management
• Coordinate care and collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and follow policies and protocols

Compensation & benefits

• Salary: $130,159-$195,235 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current, unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner license
• National certification as an Adult Nurse Practitioner or equivalent adult-focused primary care certification
• Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one
• Preferred: experience providing primary care in ambulatory or community-based settings
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, communication, and patient education skills
