Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - Indianapolis (FT, Manageable Panel, $153-178K)

What we’re looking for

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Indiana
• National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one
• Primary care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• A commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
