Part-Time Medical Director / Hospitalist - Flexible Schedule, No Nights/Call, SNF Focus

Join a supportive, collaborative team providing medical care across skilled nursing facilities in Paris, IL. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and meaningful clinical impact caring for post-acute and long-term care patients. You’ll work closely with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, serving as the attending physician who provides day-to-day clinical leadership, oversight, and patient-centered care within assigned facilities.

What the role looks like:

• Part-time coverage of local skilled nursing facilities, typically 1-2 days per week per site
• No fixed start/end times, no call, and no overnight shifts
• Expect roughly 18-25 visits per day
• Flexible schedule to support work-life balance
• Company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation
• New graduates who are board-eligible and pursuing licensure are welcome to apply

What we’re looking for:

• MD or DO with an active unrestricted U.S. medical license - or eligibility to obtain one
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
• A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
