Family/Internal Medicine Physician - Primary Care for Geriatric & Medically Complex Patients (Tucson, AZ)

Sign-on bonus: $30,000

Join a collaborative team in Tucson where you’ll deliver comprehensive, value-based primary care to medically complex and geriatric patients. We’re looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family or Internal Medicine physician who enjoys preventive care, chronic disease management, care coordination, and working within a multidisciplinary team to improve quality outcomes.

Compensation & benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $211,369-$317,053

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active Arizona medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Current DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Preferred experience with geriatric, post-acute care, SNF, LTC, or other medically complex populations
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach to care
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered medicine
