Outpatient Primary Care Physician (Family/Internal Medicine) - Upland, CA

This outpatient position lets you build lasting relationships with patients while working with a supportive, collaborative clinical team.

What the role looks like

• Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) - outpatient only
• Competitive base salary: $253,643-$380,464, plus bonus opportunities
• Quarterly incentive plan with potential to earn up to 15% of quarterly earnings
• Long-term incentive eligibility through a Profit Shares program to reward contributions to organizational success
• Day-one PTO: 160 hours

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active, unrestricted California medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty
• Active DEA license
• A strong commitment to patient-centered, preventive, value-based care, and excellent communication and teamwork skills
