Emergency Medicine PA or FNP - Flexible Shifts, $115/hr, Olympic Peninsula Coastal Practice

Join a collaborative emergency medicine team on Washington’s beautiful Olympic Peninsula. We’re looking for a Board-Certified Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner with emergency medicine experience to fill full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. You’ll work in a supportive environment with 24-hour APP coverage and daily physician coverage, flexible scheduling, and the chance to balance a rewarding clinical role with coastal living and ample outdoor recreation.

What the role looks like

• Work in a Level III trauma center inside a 67-bed acute care hospital
• Practice in a 21-bed Emergency Department caring for ~29,500 visits per year
• Care for critically ill patients with 10 licensed ICU beds onsite
• Join a collaborative care model with dedicated physician and APP coverage
• Flexible 12-hour shifts; full-time, part-time, and PRN options available

Compensation & benefits

• W-2 hourly pay at $115/hour

What we’re looking for

• Board-Certified Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner with emergency medicine experience
• Preferably at least 2 years of ED experience
• Current ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Active Washington license or ability to obtain licensure prior to start
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to compassionate, team-based care
