Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Moses Lake, WA

Join a close-knit emergency medicine team in Moses Lake, WA, at a Level III Trauma Center with an annual ED volume of 25,000. You’ll work alongside nine board-certified emergency physicians and three advanced practice providers in a collaborative environment that values strong interdisciplinary relationships with hospitalists, general surgery, OB/GYN, radiology, ENT, ophthalmology, urology, GI, and tele-neurology.

Schedule

• APP shifts: 2:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m., overlapping with physician shifts (7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.).
• Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

Compensation & benefits

• Base compensation starting at $151,200.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience required due to high acuity and autonomy.
• Recent acute-care experience.
• Ability to practice independently with on-site physician support.
• Current PALS, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
