Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (Family/General NP) - Quincy, MA

We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced primary care Nurse Practitioner to join our mission-driven team in Quincy, MA. In this role you’ll provide high-quality, evidence-based care in clinic and via telehealth, building lasting relationships with patients and helping them reach their health goals. You’ll work within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team that uses innovative technology and a longitudinal care model to support both individual and community wellness.

• Competitive annual salary: $130,000-$165,000, commensurate with experience

What we’re looking for:

• Active NP license in Massachusetts, or ability to obtain one
• National NP certification
• 1-2+ years of clinical experience as an NP in primary care or a related setting
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based primary care
• Comfortable using EHRs and telehealth/healthcare technology platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect with diverse patients
• Professionalism, good judgment, and commitment to patient confidentiality
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, non-hierarchical team environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
