Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care (Boston, MA)

Outpatient primary care practice in Boston, MA (approximately 45 minutes from Providence, RI) seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a modern, team-based clinic.

Opportunities

• Independent APP: Experienced primary care NP/PA with ≥2 years outpatient experience who can manage an independent patient panel.
• Collaborating APP: Newer APPs or those without outpatient experience who will work under supervision while building skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to an outpatient adult and/or family practice panel.
• Coordinate care, manage chronic and acute conditions, and collaborate with physicians and care team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement and patient-centered initiatives.

Requirements

• Active NP or PA license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Independent role: minimum 2 years of outpatient primary care experience managing an independent patient panel.
• Collaborating role: willingness to work under supervision and develop outpatient care skills.
