Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Family Medicine (Full-Time) Marshalltown, IA

Full-time opportunity at a multispecialty clinic in Marshalltown, IA. Our clinic provides Family Medicine, Pediatrics, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Podiatry, and Optometry in a collaborative setting.

Primary responsibilities

• Provide patient care across clinic services, with emphasis on family medicine
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret tests, diagnose, and manage treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage medications within scope of practice
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals, refer as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinic protocols

Compensation and benefits

• Salary range: $90,000-$110,000 plus potential performance-based incentives

Qualifications

• Current license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Iowa
• Clinical experience in family medicine, pediatrics, surgery, or related fields preferred; new graduates welcome
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment-planning, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced clinic
